For all made to order products, please expect a processing time of approx 10-15 business days (not including Stat Holidays) per order, not including shipping time. Please follow "How to Measure Your Nails" instructions and record your bare nail measurements in the checkout instructions box. If your order consists of more than 2 made-to-order sets, please expect a longer processing time of approx 15-20 business days before shipping out.
All pre-made products, please expect 1 business day for processing before shipment of product. If your order consists of made-to-order and pre-made sets, it will not be shipped till all sets are completed.
Janet's Nails ships globally to most destinations around the world. All shipping includes a tracking number.

Selecting 5-Day Expedited Processing will speed up completion time of your order to ship it out. Please note you only pay for one expedited fee but if you have multiple sets in one order please allow additional time but your order will be prioritized.
Note the below shipping times are the same even if you paid for Expedited processing, depending how far your country is from Canada, it may take longer time based on the estimated time frame.
