I am offering 2 options of this design: 

1) Option A: replication of the same design as pictured in the photo or you can mention that you want something very similar (including colour scheme). 

2) Option B: leave it up to us to freestyle and create a uniquely different variation of the the design for you, please mention this in order instructions.
